Electronic component sourcing

Send complete part numbers, quantities and required arrival dates for a single item, multiple items or a BOM. I search Chinese IC spot-market platforms and supplier channels, check supply conditions and prepare quotations.

The company I work with has ADI inventory and channel resources, and I have handled requests for ST STM32 parts. Availability, quantity, price and lead time must be confirmed for each item; these resources do not imply manufacturer authorization.

Need goods from several suppliers brought together, packed and sent overseas in one shipment? I welcome enquiries about coordinating these arrangements and will assess what is feasible for your project.

This is a service to discuss and arrange per project. Receiving location, collection or delivery, packing, transport arrangements and fees must be confirmed before any goods are sent.

How I work

A short process.

Start with either a component requirement or an existing China order. I clarify the work needed, check the relevant suppliers or arrangements, and separate confirmed information from open questions.

If authorized distribution, manufacturer traceability or third-party testing is mandatory, state it at the start so unsuitable offers can be excluded.

  1. Send the relevant brief

    For sourcing: full MPN, quantity and required arrival date. For order or shipment support: products, number of suppliers, current order status and the help you need.

  2. Check details & agree the scope

    I check supply conditions for component enquiries. For existing orders, we agree the supplier contacts and follow-up tasks. Consolidation requires a separate feasibility check and agreement on receiving, packing, transport and fees.

  3. Confirm responsibilities & next steps

    Component quotations identify the legal seller and commercial terms. Coordination work follows the agreed tasks, responsibilities and fees, with updates on progress and pending items. Confirm receiving and shipping instructions before dispatch.

I’m based in Shenzhen, with electronic component sourcing at the core of my work. I help overseas buyers check options in China’s IC spot market and supplier channels, including single parts and BOM enquiries.

I have also helped overseas customers follow up on orders placed with Chinese suppliers and coordinate dispatch. Multi-supplier receiving, combined packing and overseas shipping are arrangements to discuss and confirm for each project.
